Kevin Fuller
Kevin is Co-Founder, President and Chief Technical Officer of ThinkGard. He’s responsible for the Design and Implementation Services and Technical Support Team for the businesses.
As an MBA graduate and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Kevin offers a unique ability to understand business needs and the technologies that facilitate them. Over the course of his career Kevin has created and implemented Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans for companies of all sizes and has a proven ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business executives. Kevin is an esteemed technology speaker in the public sector.
Kevin received both his Undergraduate and Masters Degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He and his wife Lori live in Bluff Park area in Alabama with their 3 children.
Michael Ramm
Michael is ThinkGard’s Director of Technology Services. He is responsible for running Operations, which includes onboarding all of our new clients as well as the Support team, which handles the day-to-day support for our clients. He is also the Account manager for our Backup & Disaster Recovery clients.
He joined ThinkGard in 2017 with over 20 years of both private and public sector IT experience. Prior to joining ThinkGard, he spent 11 years at a small central Alabama municipality as the Director of Information Technology. In 2011, after devastating tornadoes tracked less than 2 miles from his office, he recognized the need for the city to implement what he calls a “proper backup and business continuity plan”. After meeting ThinkGard’s CEO Paul Franks and CTO Kevin Fuller at a technology conference in 2012 Michael was convinced that ThinkGard’s complete business continuity and disaster recovery solution was “beyond proper”. Michael used the ThinkGard solution for 5+ years until an opportunity opened up at ThinkGard, and he moved to take over the ThinkGard Support team.
Michael enjoys reading, live music, New Orleans Saints football, Atlanta Braves baseball and playing an occasional videogame or two. He has two kids and lives in the Birmingham area.
Cole Two Bears
Cole Two Bears is the VP of Security Services at ThinkGard.
With 20 years of IT experience under his belt, Cole Two Bears is the VP of Security Services. His current role focuses on designing and deploying enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. In addition to the technical aspects of cybersecurity, Cole also has developed and leads the ThinkGard cybersecurity team.
He started out in the Cisco Networking Academy while still in high school. Since then Cole has obtained multiple certifications, including CEH, Security +, MCSA, VCP-DCV, CCNP R&S and CCIE Security.
Nolan Griffin
Nolan Griffin is the Regional VP of Sales at ThinkGard.
Nolan is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in sales, technology, and cybersecurity. Nolan is actively involved in the technology community, serving as a board member on the Industry Council at TAGITM and the Industry Advisory Committee at GMIS Illinois. With a Datto technical specialist certification under his belt, Nolan has demonstrated expertise in data backup and disaster recovery solutions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Auburn University, where he laid the foundation for his successful career in the tech industry. With his extensive knowledge in cybersecurity and a passion for innovation, Nolan is an advocate for his customers and passionate about educating IT professionals about data protection and cybersecurity.
Jeremy Currie
Jeremy Currie is Technology Alignment Manager at ThinkGard.
Jeremy has extensive experience that spans over 29 years, where he has consistently prioritized customer satisfaction. His expertise as a technician has been honed after 15 years, working with multiple Managed Service Provider (MSP) companies. His clientele ranges from small businesses to large enterprises, where he has played pivotal roles with international enterprise customers with multi-million-dollar agreements.
His wide range of certifications include Microsoft SQL MTA, Microsoft MTA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AutoStore, Equtrac, and Ricoh Streamline. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table.
